"Real Attorney" Garb

This navy Jones New York suit is what I wore to my swearing in ceremony. The statement necklace is Simply Vera Wang and the peplum ponte knit top is from Dorothy Perkins. My shoes are Artic Gray Lands End pumps, and before I forget the purse is my trusty Dooney & Bourke large zipzip.

I loved this dark saturated palette and felt like it was appropriate for the occasion. I cuffed the sleeves but failed to scrunch them as I had intended for the pictures -- but you get the idea.

Now, I have to set about the business of finding a "real attorney" job. For now I am just happy and content to savor the moment -- tomorrow will take care of itself.

    Very appropriate and polished. I am used to see you in bright happy colors but these darker hues suit you very well too.
