Snuggly in Gray

This outfit came together with little effort once I decided that I wanted to wear gray with yellow. I love this combination with white and I'm channeling my inner Angie with a half tuck and white belt. My pants are less than crisp as I snapped this photo at the end of what seemed to be an endless day. I'm looking forward to getting sworn in tomorrow morning. I'll definitely have my "real attorney" garb handy.

    I love the extra long drape on the trousers. That's luxurious and elegant to my eye. The white touches are, well, touching. YLF.

    And you look snuggly in any colour, DV. Enjoy tomorrow.

    Yeah Angie, I'm finding that trousers in long or tall are my new best friends. Before YLF I never realized how long my legs were. All of this frequent posting has certainly made me realize I need more fabric! Ah! Extra length does feel luxurious.

    I guess I should point out that the reason why I felt so snuggly was because the sweater is cashmere and of course super soft. I'm sure the picture shows that the yellow is a nice buttery shade (makes me think of tea and toast -- maybe I'm hungry).

    Sona - yep had to learn the hard way that PPL for me is 33-34 inch inseams. I though long & tall sizes were for tall ladies not short waisted average height people like me.

    K - I will DEFINITELY post that outfit. I have it all picked out, accessorized and ready to go. I'm like a kid on the first day of school I am so excited!

    Pretty yellow and grey. That color combo has caught my eye recently, and I plan to wear it soon. I especially like it in fall.

    DV, all your outfits come across as effortless. Those trousers are so elegant. You've paired these two shades beautifully. I've been really enjoying yellow and mustard shades recently, both in nature and on others. I can't wear yellow tones, so I happily settle for watching other people rock them.
