Well it rained cats, dogs and the kitchen sink here today. This is what I wore to brave the elements. I have styled the purple dress differently today. I liked the idea of playing with a low contrast color palette. The first pictures are what I wore to and from work -- the last pictures are what I wore at work.

I love your ability to layer under your dresses! I never seem to have quite the right pieces. I really like the colors of your dress and shirt together. The hat and boots are fun and make your outside outfit just as good as the inside outfit.

Both are beautiful. I am loving both color combos, and the hat is divine! First outfit I title "sassy courier" and second one is named "naughty librarian". I mean this with the greatest respect and love of your fashion sense.

Thistle & Angie -- I am sick of the rain! It's not the actual cloudiness that bothers me most. it's the huge puddle lakes, thunder and lightning.

JulieJohn -- you are SO funny! DH likes to refer to me as naughty librarian too when I wear my prescription glasses (regardless of what the frames look like).
